Prompt Not Followed or Ignored
If the generated result does not follow your prompt, is missing important details, or produces an outcome that differs significantly from what was requested, we can review the issue for you.
I.e. Generation successfully completed but certain elements of the prompt do not appear in the final output.
This is unrelated to Moderation where generations are completely blocked. See: Common Moderation Issues
What Might Be Happening?
Possible causes include:
- The prompt contains multiple competing instructions.
- The prompt is too complex for the model to reliably follow every requested detail.
- The requested concept, pose, action, object, or character may not be part of the training data for our model.
- The selected engine or style may not be able to produce the desired result.

When Contacting Support
Please provide the following information:
- The email address associated with your account.
- The website where the generation was created (Createporn, Createfurry, Createhentai, etc.).
- Links to the affected creation(s).
- The complete prompt used for the generation.
- A description of what you expected to see.
- A description of what was generated instead.
Note: If you have already provided some or all of the information above, you do not need to send it again. Only provide any missing details requested by Support.
What Happens Next?
Once we receive the requested information:
- We will review the affected generation and prompt.
- We will compare the generated result against the requested output.
- We will determine whether the issue appears to be caused by prompt interpretation, model limitations, or another generation issue.
- If further investigation is required, the case will be escalated to the appropriate team.
Additional Information
AI-generated content is not guaranteed to follow every prompt exactly. Some prompts may produce different results depending on the selected engine, style, generation settings, or model capabilities.
If a particular output cannot be generated, it may be due to a current technical limitation of the system.
Missing Gems After a Failed Generation
If you received a system error like "Gems Refunded. Something Went Wrong. Please Try Again. You could be getting this error because you switched to a different Tab" and your Gems were not refunded, we can review the issue for you.
What Might Be Happening?
In most cases, Gems used for failed generations are automatically refunded by the system.
Possible causes include:
- The refund was processed successfully, but the account has not refreshed yet.
- There was a delay in the automatic refund process.
- A technical issue prevented the refund from being completed.
- The generation failed, but the refund transaction requires additional verification.
Users should not permanently lose Gems when a generation fails. If Gems appear to be missing, the account and transaction history will need to be reviewed.
Troubleshooting
- Refresh the page and check your current Gem balance by hovering over your Gem balance on PC.
- Review your Generation History to confirm which generation(s) failed.
- Take screenshots of the failed generation(s) and any related error messages in case escalation is required.

When Contacting Support
Please provide the following information:
- The email address associated with your account
- A screenshot of your Generation History showing the failed generation(s)
- The approximate number of Gems involved (if known)
- A screenshot of any error message received (if available)

What Happens Next?
Once we receive the requested information:
- We will review the reported issue.
- We will verify whether the Gems were automatically refunded.
- The account's Gem history will be checked for returned Gems.
- If the Gems were successfully returned, we may ask you to refresh the page and verify your balance again.
- If the Gems were not refunded, the missing Gems will be reviewed and corrective action will be taken based on the verified failed generations.
- If additional investigation is required, the case will be escalated to the appropriate team.
