Can I Upload a Real Person's Photo If I Have Their Permission?
No. Uploading photographs of real people is not supported, even with their consent. This policy helps prevent Deepfakes, protect privacy, and reduce the risk of non-consensual intimate images (NCII) generation.

Can You Provide a List of Restricted or Banned Keywords?
No. We don't publish a list of restricted keywords because it could be used to circumvent our moderation system.
If you attempt to generate content using a prompt that contains restricted keywords, you'll receive a message identifying the specific keyword(s) that triggered the restriction. If a compliant prompt is being blocked, you may be able to use an approved Community Tag instead or contact Support for assistance.

Why Was My Creation Removed After I Saved It?
Our Moderation Team evaluates both the prompts used to create content and the generated result to determine whether a creation is compliant with our policies.
Moderation decisions are based on the overall context and intent of the prompt, the generated content, rather than individual words or phrases.
Creations may be removed if they are later identified as violating our Content Policy, either through ongoing moderation or user reports.
If you believe your image was removed in error, please contact Support for review.
When contacting Support, please include:
- The email address associated with your account.
- The prompt used to generate the creation.
- A link to your profile

Why Did My Creation Get Removed Even Though I Didn't Receive an Error?
While many generations are blocked during generation, some may pass Automod and be reviewed later. If a later review determines that the prompt demonstrates high-risk intent or that the generated content violates our Content Policy or Community Guidelines, the image may be removed and moderation action may be taken.
If you believe a moderation decision was made in error, please contact Support for review.

Why Are Some Animal or Species-Related Terms Restricted?
Some animal or species-related terms can be associated with content that violates our Content Policy, including our Animal Exploitation and Abuse Policy. While anthro and furry characters are generally allowed, prompts involving real animals or other prohibited content may be restricted based on the overall context and intent of the request.
For example, humanoid furry characters are generally allowed, while prompts involving quadruped and real animal characters are not allowed under our policies.
If you're looking for furry or anthro content, we recommend browsing Categories or Community Tags, as species-related keywords may not return search results even when compliant content exists.
If you cannot find the species or tag you're looking for, you may also submit a Community Tag request for review.

Why Are Fictional Characters Like Hermione Granger or Black Widow Blocked?
Some fictional characters are strongly associated with the actors who portrayed them. Because these prompts may unintentionally generate the likeness of a real person, they are restricted under our Non-Consensual Intimate Image (NCII) and Deepfake policies, which are designed to help protect individuals from the creation of unauthorized use of their likeness in intimate imagery.
Our moderation system considers whether a prompt is likely to recreate the likeness of a real person, not just whether their name appears in the prompt. As a result, character names that consistently generate a celebrity's likeness may be restricted.

What Is Your Character Age Policy?
Our platform only permits adult representations of characters.
Characters who are underage in their original source material (such as a show, movie, game, manga, or book) may only be generated when they are clearly depicted as adults. This includes aged-up portrayals (e.g., 25+ for animated styles) and adult cosplay representations for realistic styles.
If content is found to depict an underage character or otherwise violates age-related policies, the content will be removed and enforcement action will be taken against the account.
