I Paid for a Subscription or Gems, but They Haven't Appeared on My Account. What Should I Do?
If you've been charged but haven't received your subscription or Gems, please check the following before contacting Support:
- Confirm you're logged into the same account that was used to complete the purchase.
- Make sure your payment has been successfully processed and is not still pending.
- If you purchased through G2A, ensure you've redeemed your code.
- If you purchased an additional prepaid subscription while another prepaid subscription is active, your Gems may be scheduled for your existing subscription's billing date.
- If you purchased a Specialty Pass, the subscription and Sapphires are applied to the corresponding niche website, not Createporn.com. Please log in to the applicable niche website and check your subscription status and Sapphire balance there.
If you've completed these checks and still haven't received your subscription or Gems, please contact our Support Team and include:
- Your payment receipt or order confirmation.
- The email address associated with your account.
- The payment provider you used (e.g., CCBill, G2A, or CoinGate).
Our team will investigate the issue and help resolve it as quickly as possible.

Can I Have More Than One Subscription?
Yes. You can have more than one active subscription on your account, provided they are different subscription types.
For example, you can have:
- A CCBill subscription and a G2A or Crypto prepaid subscription.
- An All-Access Pass and a Specialty Pass at the same time.
Please note that the Createporn.com CCBill subscription only provides benefits for Createporn, while Specialty Passes are valid only on the site it was purchased on. All-Access Passes provide access across all supported sites.

Can I Purchase Gems If I Already Have a Subscription?
Yes. You can purchase Gem Packs at any time, even if you already have an active subscription.
Please note that purchasing Gem Packs only provides Gems for generating content. It does not include premium access or a subscription.
To buy Gems, go to the Credits page on the website where you want to generate content and choose the Gem Pack that best fits your needs.

Can I Use My Specialty Pass on Createporn.com?
No. Specialty Passes cannot be used on Createporn.com. They only provide access and Gems for the Niche Site the purchase was made on (such as CreateHentai, CreateFurry, CreateShemale, and others).

Why Was My Card Declined?

Why Did the Payment Provider Change Its Payment System or Policies?
Our payment providers, such as CCBill, G2A, and CoinGate, operate independently and may update their payment methods, requirements, or policies at any time.
These changes are outside our control.
If you have questions about a payment provider's changes, please contact the provider directly. If the change affects your purchase or subscription on our platform, please contact our Support Team by submitting a support request.
Why Is the Price Different on the Payment Provider's Website?
Prices shown by payment providers may differ due to currency conversion, exchange rates, taxes, or regional pricing. The final amount charged is determined by the payment provider and your financial institution.
If I Cancel My Subscription, Do I Lose My Remaining Gems?
No. Canceling a subscription typically stops future renewals but does not remove Gems that have already been credited to your account. Any unused Gems remain available according to the platform's policies.
Does Deleting My Account Automatically Cancel My Subscription?
No. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription or recurring billing. To avoid future charges, you must cancel your subscription directly through your payment provider before deleting your account.
If your account has already been deleted and you're still being charged, please contact your payment provider to cancel the subscription and contact Support if you need help identifying the associated account.
Can I Sign Up for Multiple 2-Day Trials?
No. Each user should only use one account and is only eligible for one 2-Day Trial.
The 2-Day Trial is designed to let you try the service before deciding whether to continue with a full subscription. Repeatedly signing up for the 2-Day Trial is not permitted.
If our system detects repeated trial sign-ups, your account may become ineligible for new subscriptions, even if your previous trial subscriptions have been canceled.
If you enjoy the service, you can continue by allowing your 2-Day Trial to automatically renew into a full monthly subscription. If you do not want to continue, be sure to cancel before the renewal date.
