If you believe you've lost Gems due to a system issue, please follow the steps below to resolve the problem.
Issues That Require Reporting
If you run into any of the following issues, please report them to our customer service team:
Image Not Appearing After Generation
If you've generated an image but it is not appearing, take a screenshot of the issue, save the image, and send it to our Support Team along with your account's email address and a link to the saved creation.
Generated Image is Completely Black or White
If you've generated an image and it appears fully black or white, save the image, take a screenshot and send it to our Support Team along with your account's email address and a link to the saved creation.
Generation Errored Out & Gems Not Refunded
Gems should refund automatically if an error occurs on our end. If you receive the "Gems Refunded. Something Went Wrong. Please Try Again. You could be getting this error because you switched to a different Tab." error AND your Gems were also not refunded take a screenshot and send it to our Support Team along with:
- Your account's email address
- The style you were using, the site you are on
- Whether the creation was an Image or GIF
- Which Queue you were on
- and the rough time this occurred & your timezone.
