AI-generated Images may occasionally contain distorted faces, warped hands, extra limbs, or visual noise.
These issues can often be reduced by simplifying your inputs, adjusting Prompt Strength, and choosing settings that match what the selected Style can generate.
Lower Your Prompt Strength
High Prompt Strength can overemphasize your instructions and cause the Image to appear distorted or overprocessed.
Keep Prompt Strength below 1.3 when possible. This is the maximum prompt strength available at this time.
When you only need to emphasize one detail, apply light strength to that keyword instead of increasing the strength of the entire Prompt.
Example:
(pink hair:1.25)
Make small adjustments and compare the results before increasing the strength further.
Keep Your Prompt Simple
Long or overly complicated Prompts may contain instructions that conflict with one another.
To simplify your Prompt:
- Focus on the most important visible details
- Place important instructions near the beginning
- Remove repeated keywords
- Avoid combining several complex actions or poses
- Add new details gradually between generations
For more guidance, see Using Prompts and Tags on Createporn.com
Review Your Selected Tags
Using several Tags together may create conflicting instructions.
Remove Tags that repeat details already included in your Custom Prompt. You can also deselect all Tags and test the generation using only a Custom Prompt.
Change one setting at a time so you can identify which Prompt or Tag may be affecting the result.
Use Face-Focused Prompts and Tags
Faces may become less detailed when the Image contains several Characters, a distant viewing angle, or a complex composition.
Try using:
- A closer viewing distance
- A portrait or face-focused composition
- Clear facial expression Tags
- Simple lighting and background details
Reducing the number of competing scene details may also help the Generator focus on the Character's face.
Use Supported Keywords and Scenes
The Generator may not recognize every keyword or highly specific combination of details.
Increasing Prompt Strength or Prompt Adherence will not make a Style generate something outside its capabilities.
When a result does not appear:
- Simplify the requested scene
- Replace uncommon terms with clearer descriptions
- Review similar public Creations to see which keywords work
- Try another Style that may better support the requested content
Improve an Existing Image
Edit a Specific Area
Use Inpainting when most of the Image looks correct but one area needs to be changed.
Mask the affected area and enter a focused Prompt describing the correction.
See Inpainting: Edit Your Images with Precision.
Increase the Resolution
Use Upscale when you want to improve the Image resolution and sharpness.
Upscaling can make an Image clearer, but it may not fully correct distorted anatomy or major generation errors.
See How to Upscale Your Images.
When a Gem Refund Applies
If Support confirms that a generation issue was caused by an error on our end, you are entitled to a Gem refund for the affected generation.
This may apply when:
- A generation fails but the Gems are not returned automatically
- A generation remains stuck because of a pending error
- The generated Image does not appear
- The result is completely black or white
- Another platform issue is confirmed after the generation logs are reviewed
A distorted, blurred, or unexpected Image does not automatically qualify for a refund. Support must first confirm that the issue was caused by the platform rather than the Prompt, Tags, selected Style, or normal generation variation.
Escalate the Issue to Support
Submit a request through the Support Request Form.
Include:
- Your account email address
- A screenshot of the generation history showing the affected attempt
- The Creation or generation link, if available
- The exact Prompt and Tags used
- The selected website and Style
- The Queue used
- The approximate time of the issue and your time zone
- A short explanation of what you expected
- A short explanation of what happened instead
The Support team will review the generation details and system logs. If the issue is confirmed to be on our end, the Gems used for the affected generation will be refunded.
