Prompts and Tags are the foundational inputs in creating images on Createporn.com, and understanding how to effectively use them is key to getting the most out of our generators. This article provides an overview of techniques and processes to help you get started.
What Are Prompts?
Prompts are descriptive inputs that guide the AI in generating images according to specific details and themes. They are made up of Keywords that denote specific descriptions that the AI recognises and emphasizes in the image it generates.
On Createporn.com, you can enter prompts using our Custom Prompts feature under the Advanced section of our Create page.
Quick Tip:
- Separate prompts using only commas, not full stops (e.g. Black hair, ponytail, gym shorts, smiling, ). Using full stops will cause your Prompt & Tag selection to not work as intended.
What Are Tags?
Tags offer a quick alternative to writing your own prompts. By selecting from our curated library of Tags or using a saved Community Tag, you can streamline your image creation process to just a few clicks.
Tags are ideal for users who want to generate images quickly without the need for a Custom Prompt. However, for users seeking more detailed control over their images, our Custom Prompting feature is recommended.
How to use Prompts & Tags
Whether you’re writing Custom Prompts or using Tags, providing the generator with clear, descriptive inputs is essential to produce images that match your requirements.
For Prompts, be sure to include keywords from core categories like Subject Appearance, Physical Attributes, Subject Action, and Image Modifiers.
If you prefer to streamline your image generation process, you can use Tags. Tags are organized them into distinct Tag Groups, each aligning with each of the core Keyword Categories:
- Subject Appearance: Race, Age, Facial Expression, Eye Color, Hair Color, Hair Style, and Clothes.
- Physical Attributes: Body Type, Breast Size, Ass Size, Subject Modifier.
- Subject Action: Arm Pose, Body Pose, Sex Position.
- Image Modifiers: Viewing Distance, Camera Angle, Location, Time of Day, Number of People, Weather, Lighting.
This structure simplifies image creation, allowing you to directly select grouped characteristics that correspond to the keywords typically used in prompts.
Example:
Let’s walk through these features with an example. Here, we’ll create a waist level distance image of a fit Swedish girl with blonde hair and a ponytail in yoga shorts and a sports bra, striking a model pose at the gym. Using the Line Art X Style, I’ll demonstrate how to create this image using Prompts or Tags. This section will outline each step in creating the image.
Some Quick Tips:
- Be Succinct & Concise: Please note that you don’t need prompts from every category—keeping it simple often produces the best results.
- Contextual Inference: This is a phenomenon in AI Language Processing & Image Generation to keep in mind. AI generators infer the meaning behind your prompts to create images, causing specific keywords to influence other aspects of the image based on your input.
- The generator may sometimes apply attributes more broadly than intended. For example, specifying "black hair" might also result in the clothes becoming black. To avoid this, clearly specify the clothing color, like "white t-shirt, blue jeans."
- In the example below, you’ll see that a gym background might appear even before you include that input. This happens because the generator infers that setting based on factors like body shape, hairstyle, and clothing style. To change the background, specify it explicitly in your prompt (e.g., “subject is in a forest”) or select the desired tag.
Describe Subject Appearance:
The subject refers to the individual you'd like depicted in the image. When prompting, start by describing their appearance.
Using Custom Prompts:
List the desired features of your subject.
A Swedish girl, short blonde hair, ponytail, wearing a sports bra and tight yoga pants, warm smile,
Using Tags:
Select the following Tags:
- Swedish
- Smiling
- Blonde Hair
- Ponytail
- Sports Bra
- Yoga Pants
Describe Subject's Physical Attributes:
After listing out the subject’s appearance, describe their Physical Attributes.
Using Custom Prompts:
List the desired physical attributes of your subject.
Athletic body, abs, muscular definition,
Using Tags:
Select the following Tags:
- Fit
Describe Subject Action:
Next, specify what action or pose you’d like your subject to take.
Using Custom Prompts:
Describe the pose your subject is taking.
Dynamic pose, hands on hips,
Using Tags:
Select the following Tags:
- Hands on Hips
Describe Image Modifiers:
Finally, include any additional details you’d like to adjust for the image or subject.
Using Custom Prompts:
Describe the Location and Viewing Distance.
Waist level shot, detailed background of a gym,
Using Tags:
Select the Following Tags:
- Gym
- Waist Shot
Your final Prompt should look like this:
A Swedish girl, short blonde hair, ponytail, wearing a sports bra and tight yoga pants, warm smile, Athletic body, abs, muscular definition, Dynamic pose, hands on hips, Waist level shot, detailed background of a gym,
Your selected Tags should look like this:
- Colombian

- Fit
- Hands on Hips
- Gym
- Waist Shot
Prompting and using Tags offer two distinct approaches to creating images on Createporn.com, each designed for different levels of customization. Tags provide a straightforward, streamlined process for generating images, while Prompting offers greater flexibility, enabling users to experiment and explore image possibilities that might not yet be accessible through Tags. Whether you prefer the ease of Tags or the creative freedom of Prompting, these features empower you to explore and personalize your image creation experience.
This completes our example prompt.
Other Prompting Methods
Adjusting Emphasis:
To make a keyword more prominent in your prompt, simply wrap the chosen prompt in brackets and add a number to indicate its strength.
For example, if you want to emphasize ‘Pink hair’:
- To increase prominence by 1.1, wrap ‘Pink hair’ in brackets: (Pink hair)
- To increase prominence by 1.2, use: (Pink hair:1.2)
- To increase prominence by 1.3, use: (Pink hair:1.3)
You can adjust the number to further increase prominence as needed, allowing you to fine-tune the emphasis placed on each keyword.
Ensure you're following the correct syntax, otherwise, this may cause the prompts not to work as intended.
Negative Prompts:
In the Advanced tab of the Create page, you can also access Negative Prompts to specify elements you do not want to appear in the image, such as extra legs, elongated bodies, extra limbs, small breasts, male, or penis.
Run a few test generations to see the initial results, then fine-tune your Negative Prompts to further optimize the image.
Please Note: Excessive use of custom prompting, prompt strength, and tags will cause distortion, overcooking, and lower overall image quality.
