A prepaid subscription (Prepaid All-Access Pass) is one upfront payment that buys:
- Premium access for 1, 3, 6, or 12 months
- A fixed gem reward once a month for the duration of the subscription
It is not a one-time gem reward. Think of it as a schedule of future rewards, not a lump-sum.
How the schedule works
When a prepaid subscription becomes active, you get gems on its reward date, then again on that same day each month until the subscription expires.
Example: Subscription starts April 10 → gems on April 10, May 10, June 10, …
What happens when you buy a prepaid subscription
What you already own determines what happens next:

When subscriptions are stacked, they are queued in order of highest monthly reward first. Lower-reward subscriptions only start paying out once all higher-reward ones have finished. Within the same monthly-reward tier, earlier purchases play first.
Examples
1. No active subscription
You have no prepaid subscription. On April 10 you buy a 250K-per-month, 3-month plan.
- 250K paid immediately on April 10. You then receive 250K on May 10 and June 10. The subscription expires on July 10.
2. Upgrade
You're on a 250K-per-month plan with a reward date of the 10th. On April 15 you buy a 470K-per-month, 3-month plan.
- 470K paid immediately on April 15. Your reward date moves to the 15th. You receive 470K on May 15 and June 15. After the 470K plan finishes, the unused remainder of your 250K plan picks up where it left off and pays 250K monthly until it expires.
3. Stack
You're on a 470K-per-month plan with a reward date of the 10th, ending July 10. On April 20 you buy a 250K-per-month, 3-month plan.
- No gems on April 20. Your 470K plan keeps paying 470K on May 10, June 10, and July 10. Once it ends, the 250K plan begins and pays 250K monthly for three months.
Common questions
- "I paid, where are my gems?" — Only new activations and upgrades pay instantly. A stack starts later.
- "My payment didn't go through." — It almost certainly did. Check your next reward date.
- "Did I lose anything?" — No. Gems you didn't get today are scheduled for a future date.
