If you subscribed on Subscribestar:
head over to our subscription page and unsubscribe from there. 

If you subscribed via CCBill: 
There should be an option to unsubscribe in the purchase confirmation email that CCBill sent you.If you don't have access to the email, please contact our billing partner, CCBill via https://ccbill.com/contact, phone [phone], or email at [e-mail].
