Gem Refund Exceptions
Users may be eligible for Gem refunds in the following situations:
- Content was generated on one of our niche sites, but the wrong content category was created (for example, women generated on CreateAIGayPorn, cis women generated on CreateAIShemale, or humans generated on CreateAIFurry).
- A system failure or error prevented a generation from completing and no automatic Gem refund was issued.
- A completed generation does not display correctly due to a platform error. This often appears as a blank black or grey box in History or Saved Creations.
- Repeated generations did not produce a satisfactory result, and Support determines that the requested parameters are not part of the AI Generator's dataset. In these cases, a one-time Gem refund may be issued.
