To maintain a safe, respectful, and compliant environment, our platform uses automated moderation systems that review prompts before they are sent to the generation model.
If your generation fails and you see a message such as Content that violates our community guidelines was detected in your generation. Your gems have been refunded. Please try again with different parameters” or “Some terms were filtered from your prompt...” it means the prompt was blocked by one of these moderation filters.
Below is an explanation of what each warning means and what you can do.
"Content that violates our community guidelines was detected in your generation. Your gems have been refunded. Please try again with different parameters”
This warning is generated by our automated moderation system, which analyzes prompts before they are processed by the generation model.
The system scans prompts for patterns that may indicate sensitive or high-risk content or contexts. If a prompt appears to violate platform guidelines, the generation will be blocked before it reaches the model.
In very rare cases, automated moderation may incorrectly flag a compliant prompt. This is what we call a False Positive.
If you believe your prompt safe but was blocked, please:
- Contact Support or a Developer
- Provide the exact prompt you used
- Confirm that you received the warning: Content that violates our community guidelines was detected in your generation. Your gems have been refunded. Please try again with different parameters”
Our team can review the prompt and determine whether the moderation system flagged it incorrectly.
"Some terms were filtered from your prompt..."
This warning appears when a prompt contains a restricted keyword. Our moderation system will tell you what the key word is to ensure that you can quickly adjust your prompt.
Certain keywords are blocked because they are commonly used in prompts that generate high-risk or non-compliant content. When one of these keywords is detected, the generation is blocked automatically.
To proceed, you will need to:
- Remove or replace the restricted keyword
- For help with this, reach out to support or an admin.
Why Some Keywords Are Restricted
Some users may notice that certain words that appear harmless on their own may also be flagged.
Examples include:
- Wasp
- Horse
- Dog
- Short
- Flat
- Femboy
- Slim
While these terms may appear compliant individually, they can sometimes be combined with other words to generate high-risk or non-compliant content. For this reason, certain neutral keywords are restricted to prevent misuse and maintain platform compliance.
Submitting a Community Tag
If you believe your prompt is compliant but blocked due to a keyword restriction, you may submit a Community Tag for review.
E.g. Short Pants, Mini Skirt, Micro Bikini, etc.
Community Tags allow users to propose custom tags that are evaluated by our moderation team. If the tag complies with our Community Tag, Community, and Prohibited Content Guidelines, it may be approved for use.
Once approved, the tag can be used in place of a custom prompt when generating content.
